Bzzz, the story of CityBee, a shared mobility company, started back in 2012 in Lithuania. After 8 years, we have become a leading car-sharing company in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Today we operate in 3 countries: Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. CityBee has over 5.5 thousand vehicles (including cars, vans, e-scooters and bicycles) in its fleet and more than 600 thousand users. Our main goal is to simplify everyday life by offering innovative urban mobility, in this way reducing urban congestion and CO2 emissions. Thanks to CityBee services, there are up to 15 thousand less cars in the streets and parking lots since one shared car replaces 12 privately owned cars! The golden formula of CityBee marketing team is a balance between out of the box creative campaigns and data driven decisions. We are looking for that special someone who can lead and navigate CityBee performance marketing campaigns throughout various channels as well as dive into the never-ending marketing data and ‘translate’ it into trends, hypotheses and actions for the rest of the marketing team.

As a CityBee Performance Marketing Manager you will responsible for:

  • Managing paid ad campaigns, their bids and budgets across various channels such as search, display, social;
  • Optimizing campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best results;
  • Raise and test hypothesis, identify strategies, measure and discuss your findings with the rest of the marketing team to assure that within campaigns the right messages reach the right audiences;
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify consumer behaviors, needs, channel preference and areas of opportunity;
  • Work with attribution and marketing automation/user profiling tools to consult on marketing strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

The perfect candidate?

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or data analysis;
  • Work experience with attribution tools (appsflyer, adjus) and marketing automation tools (braze, leanplum, clevertap) would be considered as an advantage;
  • Have a lot of curiosity and drive to show initiative and fight for your ideas;
  • Strong data interpretation skills and ability to plan your actions based on data;
  • Bold and excited for crazy projects and ridiculous challenges (no time to be shy while you do marketing for CityBee!);
  • Curious and up to date with various social media and marketing trends;
  • Be fluent in English;
  • Have from ZERO to HERO project management approach.
