We are looking for you - Solar Site Manager - the one who is eager to step into the shoes of our EPC Team.
What you will do:
- Manage onsite subcontractors on all construction activities; Support Project Manager through the execution phase of the project by hosting regular subcontractor meetings, coordinate inspections, conduct regular site visits, accept of subcontractors works in order to ensure proper project execution;
- Report regularly to Project Manager on all aspects of the project schedule as it relates to the construction process;
- Monitor and document onsite progress, perform regular walk throughs for quality, safety and progress record and manage progress photos;
- Complete necessary paperwork for material and equipment delivery.
Requirements
To be our perfect fit we expect you to:
- Education in engineering, construction, renewable energy or related fields;
- At least 2 years of experience in the position of Site Manager in the electrical installation (advantage) or construction sector;
- High level of project construction knowledge and subcontractor relationships;
- Knowledge of work safety requirements;
- Energy worker certificate (the right to operate electrical equipment up to 10 kV), Construction Site Manager qualification certificate, driver's license;
- Good organization skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment;
- Superior communication skills (both verbally and written) with various corporate levels, both internally and externally;
- Good command of English spoken and written;
- Truly think outside the box, find innovative methods and solutions because working smart gt; working hard
