Renewable energy with Green Genius brand at the forefront is one of the fastest growing Modus Group business areas. We were pioneers of solar and biogas projects in Lithuania. Today we are developing renewable energy in 8 European countries: Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine, Belarus, Spain, Italy, Etc. We seek to be among TOP25 renewable energy developers in Europe. Today total capacity of our implemented projects amounts to more than 150 MW of solar energy ant more than 20 MW of biogas. That equals to saving around 280 thousand tons of CO2 every year. Sustainability is an important part of our daily life. By implementing modern renewable energy projects, we are contributing to reducing CO2 emissions and implementing circular economy principles.
Currently, Green Genius is searching for Construction Project Manager. Your main goals would be manage construction execution plan and budget, plan and organize the course of construction works and ensure control of deadlines as well as ensure the fulfillment of the technological requirements for the construction of the project. Your KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD BE:
- ensure proper selection and management of subcontractors;
- coordinate and control the participants of the construction project, solve the issues;
- manage proper performance of contractual obligations;
- control the implementation of quality assurance / management requirements;
- administer project documentation.
Requirements
To be our perfect fit we expect you to:
- Hold a university degree in engineering, construction, renewable energy or other related areas;
- Have up to 3 years of experience in the above mentioned fields;
- Manage a number of large construction projects and lead the project team;
- Be fluent in Polish and close to fluent in English;
- Be a guru of AutoCAD and MS Excel program;
