Job Description

Based on SAP core and industry-specific business technology platform and solutions, Girteka Logistics aims at fully digitizing its business and operations in support of its ambitious growth vision 2025. To support this goal, we are start #SAP S/4HANA Implementation project and looking for a Business Process Project Manager to join the Finance team. You will be tasked to ensure efficiency of financial processes by creating and supporting changes and improvements across the finance area.

You are:

  • Comfortable to work in fast changing environment and ambitious to make a difference in your area
  • Enthusiastic to learn new things.

You will:

  • Be core team member in SAP implementation
  • Be responsible for specific functional area and business process
  • Responsible to ensure that solution for specific business process meets the business requirements
  • Own the Change Impact Assessments associated with the functional area
  • Develop business strategies and tactics to implement changes to existing or new processes
  • Develop metrics for process measures, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
  • Lead own team, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment around overall strategy and direction of the process development for specific area

Requirements

  • Experience in business process management and process change implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage process improvement initiatives to completion within budget and timeline
  • Knowledge of ERP system capabilities and functionality to support business process digitalization (SAP is a plus)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced analytical thinking, ability to turn data into information and solutions
  • Fluency in English and Russian languages
