We are currently expanding our unit in Poznan, Poland and looking for an experienced and ambitious Finance Controller to undertake all aspects of financial management control, development of internal control policies and procedures. You should have a willingness and ability to learn new things as well as share your knowledge and experience.
- Management and control of finance and accounting operations of Girteka Logistics companies in Poland
- Coordination of the monthly financial and management reporting processes
- Preparation of budgets, comparison with factual data, financial analysis and investigation of discrepancies, presentation of insights
- Development and implementation of accounting policies
- Initiation and management of cost optimization projects
- Identification of tax and business risks, preparation and monitoring risks mitigation plan
- Work in a team together with Group’s CFO and CTO (Chief Transport Officer)
Requirements
- University degree in finance/economics or similar field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance analysis and control.
- Experience with analysis and preparation of financial statements.
- Knowledge of IFRS standards as well as knowledge of EU tax environment.
- Fluent Polish language (written and oral)
- English or Russian language is a strong advantage
- Experience in Navision/ SAP is an advantage

- Monthly salary (gross) from 4100-5800 . Specific salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements. The salary may be negotiable for candidates of outstanding competence and qualification
