We are currently looking for an HR Process Expert to join our team. The key responsibilities will be to evaluate and improve HR processes of the company to ensure they are efficient and high-quality.
Responsibilities
- Create development plan for the HR processes in line with the company’s strategy
- Create and drive the HR process improvement initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence
- Align and unify the processes and relevant KPIs between different departments of the company
- Assist with the business case creation for the selection of a new HRIS
- Prepare the processes for the migration to a new HRIS
- Develop and manage monitoring system for the processes
- Contribute to the preparation, review and update of HR policies, process descriptions, instructions, methodologies, procedures and other documents.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience within the Business process management role or similar
- Good understanding of HR best practices and technologies
- HRIS implementation experience (would be an advantage)
- Advanced project management skills
- Fluent command of Lithuanian amp; English
- Problem analysis and solution formulation skills
- Ability to deliver amp; prioritize under strict timelines
- Strong stakeholder management skills

- Base monthly salary: from 2000 to 2900 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competences displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
