Head of Communications

We are looking for a Head of Communications to join the Girteka Logistics team. You will be responsible for external communication across 5 international businesses, operating in more than 35 countries in a newly created role for our global MarCom team.

In this position you will:

• Collaborate with Business Units leaders amp; many stakeholders across the organization to develop a strong understanding of their business requirements
• Drive communication strategy execution to maximize business revenue
• Lead and initiate various external communication projects

• Create and publish engaging content for social media channels, blog posts, press releases, publications and adapt for the internal communication

• Coordinate media interest in the organization and ensure regular contact with the target media and appropriate response to media requests
• Provide corporate communication expertise, advice, and guidance to the most senior internal stakeholders in the organization

What we expect:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 5 years work experience as a Communication Partner or in a similar role
• You are confident in creating communication strategies and programs
• Demonstrated experience in the planning, directing and executing of corporate communications to internal and external stakeholders
• You are an extraordinary communication professional with a knack for fostering positive relationships with people in different disciplines and at different levels
• Ability to create and develop quality content for media and social media
• Fluent in English English will be your daily working language

• Monthly salary (bruto) from 3400 EUR to 4200 EUR. Specific salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements
