For this role, you should know how to keep an eye on system statuses and identify any potential outages as well as know what to monitor! In this position, you will:
- Use monitoring systems such as Zabbix or Grafana to monitor core infrastructure components: servers, network devices, firewalls, cloud services, databases and other software solutions
- Analyze data and provide recommendations in performance optimization
- Collaborate with other teams in order to find monitoring solutions
- Implement new monitoring solutions using Zabbix or Grafana
- Provide alerting for teams to detect problems
- Train other IT staff
Requirements
- Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana)
- Solid knowledge of SQL (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) database monitoring
- Knowledge in MS cloud service and MS Azure monitoring would be a benefit
- Knowledge in Linux servers, Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, Firewall
- Active listening skills and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff
- Problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python or other

Monthly salary (gross): From 2300 to 2700. The final level of the salary will depend on competences displayed and results achieved. The salary may be further negotiable for candidates of outstanding competence and qualification.
