We are looking for an Organizational Development Division Manager to lead an Organizational Development projects and team. Ultimately, you will help our company succeed in meeting business needs through working in partnership with leaders to develop innovative Organization Development projects, systems, and initiatives.


Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the implementation of Girteka Logistics?Organizational Development strategy by leading the development of innovative OD and learning projects, for the development of the organization’s culture and values, management of change, employee engagement, talent management, leadership capability.
  • Work closely with the Head of Employee Experience in the implementation of the Our Sense of Purpose Delivering Our Client Promises.
  • Manage OD budget ensuring that value for money is achieved through the monitoring expenditure.
  • OD team’s responsibility covers Performance Management and Succession Planning, Career Path implementation, the annual engagement survey process and other organizational development initiatives.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to increase capacity of employees through the identification of the best practices, systems and programs that will increase effectiveness and business results.
  • Conduct learning needs assessments, recommending and implementing programs to support key skills development.
  • Periodically conduct after-action reviews on solution implementations to ensure fit for purpose has been achieved and consistency and quality are being delivered.
  • Lead, coach, and develop our amazing Organizational Development team to ensure meaningful contribution to business growth.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of Organizational Development and team leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with onboarding, performance management and succession planning, career path implementation, leadership development, change management and/or HR communications.
  • Ability to build relationship, influence and gain commitment of business stakeholders, and to provide guidance, drive change and produce results through others.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and capacity for critical thinking, organization skills, project planning, working to meet specific timelines and deliverables and regularly communicate progress against goals.
  • Passion for challenges and high achievement orientation.
  • Capability to lead, develop and motivate a team.
  • Fluency in English language and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Monthly salary (bruto): From 3224 to 4836 . Specific salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements.
