At TransferGo, we’re on a mission to make moving money globally as quick and simple as sending a text. Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in shaping the way we attract the best talent and, to make sure we’re doing that in the best way possible, we’re now looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Partner(Tech) to work in our People team.

Here’s what you’ll be doing as Talent Acquisition Partner:

  • Build strong partnerships with Hiring Managers and support the end-to-end hiring of tech roles across TransferGo
  • Consult and advise Hiring Managers on all hiring-related matters across multiple markets
  • Source and proactively approach potential candidates using different strategies and tools
  • Contribute to improving our hiring processes
  • Provide superb candidate experience by having a memorable and unique process
  • Be active in creating talent acquisition competence for TransferGo
  • Support and initiate Employer Branding building activities and projects
  • Work closely with People Team to retain our talents

You’ll report to our Talent Acquisition Team Lead.

Requirements

Here’s what we’d love from our new Talent Acquisition Partner:

  • Experience in IT/engineering hiring, generating candidate pipelines
  • Experience in full-cycle hiring and employer branding activities
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, conscientious individual who is detailed and organized
  • Take ownership and adapt to a challenging environment
  • Having experience in hiring international talent is an advantage
  • Ability to articulate your ideas and thoughts, you’re someone who can give and receive feedback
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Monthly salary from 2200 to 3000 (gross) depending on the level of experience.
