At TransferGo, we’re on a mission to make moving money globally as quick and simple as sending a text. Treasury Operations play a critical role in managing liquidity and operational risk. To make sure we’re doing that in the best way possible, we’re now looking for a talented Treasury Operations Specialist to join our Treasury Operations team.
Here’s what you’ll be doing as Treasury Operations Specialist:
- Ensuring accurate and timely daily treasury (FX/liquidity/safeguarding) operations execution and support
- Following procedures and policies, and ensuring that daily operations are executed as per the set standards
- Staying informed of trends and process changes related to treasury operations in order to provide back-up support for daily functions and achieve group goals
- Handling issues, resolving problems effectively and determining when it is necessary to involve senior team members or management
- Working collaboratively with other teams to solve issues and/or errors
- Reviewing the reconciliation of treasury operations
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of monthly cash closing balances
- Supporting onboarding and training of new team members
- Performing other ad hoc tasks
Requirements
Here’s what we’d love from our new Treasury Operations Specialist:
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, preferably treasury
- Strong time management and attention to details skills
- Ability to work on complex tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask and deliver high quality results that meet the identified targets
- Ability to operate in a team environment to accomplish shared goals
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A strong customer centric approach and motivation to deliver excellent service
- Fluent and effective oral and written communication skills in English
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, according to business needs
Even better if you have:
- Experience in communication with partners / providers
- Knowledge of financial markets
- Basic knowledge of FX derivatives
- Good Excel skills
- Basic Tableau knowledge

Monthly salary from 1200 to 1800 (gross) depending on the level of experience.
