Job Description

At TransferGo, we’re on a mission to make moving money globally as quick and simple as sending a text. People Operations plays a critical role in shaping all elements of the employee journey whilst people are with us at TransferGo and, to make sure we’re doing that in the best way possible, we’re now looking for a talented Senior People Operations Partner to work in our People Operations team.

This position will be based in one of the TransferGo locations.

Here’s what you’ll be doing as Senior People Operations Partner:

  • Be a trusted partner to TransferGo leaders. Working closely with department leads in supporting them in people processes: performance and compensation reviews, talent development, employee engagement, training and team-building sessions.
  • Actively look for ways to improve employee experience focussing on remote work. By being close to the business and understanding their challenges, provide quality feedback and offer constructive solutions on how the People Ops team can improve TGO employees' experience.
  • Drive process improvements. Supporting department leads in performance management, learning amp; development initiatives, onboarding and exit management.
  • Ensure timely involvement in resolving employee relations issues across TransferGo sites in the EU and the UK. Provide guidance for managers when resolving employee misconduct or relations issues making sure that it is done in an empathetic, timely and legally sound manner.
  • Maintain labour law compliance across TransferGo entities. Review policies and recommend changes to ensure compliance with local employment law as and regulations.
  • Actively drive TransferGo culture in assigned departments. Work closely with employees and managers in explaining, practising and evaluating how TransferGo culture and values are embedded in our daily work.

Requirements

Here’s what we’d love from our new Senior People Operations Partner:

  • Have and share HR expertise. Have a strong working knowledge of policies, legislations, and processes of HR management. Being able to draft documents and policies.
  • International Scope. Have experience coordinating HR practices in the UK, Poland, Germany and other EU countries. Incorporate an attitude of continuous learning and be able to deliver expert advice.
  • Experience of managing projects. Being able to deliver results within scope and agreed deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills. Being able to build relationships with key stakeholders within the business by listening and proposing solutions.
  • Being adaptive and creative when implementing new frameworks where no established HR practice has been in place.

Monthly salary from 2900 to 3500 (gross) depending on the level of experience.
