What you will do:
- Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners: influencers, affiliates;
- Build and systematically manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships;
- Conduct negotiations both: internally and externally to materialize high impact deals;
- Nurture the existing relationships with influencers and affiliates to deepen the partnerships, and to enable growth and increase sales on our platform;
- Run and monitor partners marketing campaigns;
- Handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Measure, analyze and optimise the performance;
- Report and identify areas of new opportunities;
- Leverage data to drive actionable decisions that inform and help the business grow;
- Report on goals progress, forecasts, results and challenges.
What we expect:
- Experience in digital performance marketing;
- Experience in influencer/affiliate marketing (or other type of partnerships) management and great sales skills;
- Sharp analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools;
- High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness;
- Will to work independently as well as in a collaborative yet demanding team environment;
- Perfect spoken and written communication in English.
