Currently, we are looking for a Workstation as a Service Engineer to lead workstation and virtual desktop products, develop, engineer workstation as a service product offering for CLOUDEON and our customers. - Lead a workstation and virtual desktop products and work with business stakeholders and Cloud platform teams to roadmap, priorities and product features according to market value
- Work on workstation as a service, Virtual desktop engineering
- Develop Virtual Desktop infrastructure related products, through leadership, technical documentation, hands-on development
- Provide Workstation as a service to Cloudeon and our customers
- Manage Enterprise VDI and workstations environments and scaling it to build Workstation as a Service (WaaS). WaaS should include patching, deployment of new pools of VDI, monitoring, reporting
- Ability to perform L3 support and administration tasks to end user environment, applications, AD policies, policies as requirements
- Provide guidance and support in complex issues.
- Solid understanding of modern DevOps and deployment automation practices.
- Deep understanding of automation, continuous delivery, continuous deployment, and continuous integration methodologies.
- Deep technical experience in scripting and software development.
Requirements
Professional competencies and experience
- Specific experience in Agile (scaled) software development or other best in class development practices.
- Experience with Workstations and VDI management tools
- Project management - agile project management
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
Certifications
- Microsoft 365 Identity and Services, Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
