Our highly-qualified specialists, who have years of experience developing software solutions for both the public and private sector companies such as Swedbank, Luminor, Danske Bank, Omniva, Estonian Energy, Bauhof etc.
There are 140+ team members across three locations Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius.
Avalanche Laboratory analysts are proficient in untangling complex, interconnected business processes and systems with many stakeholders while our developers know many different technologies to meet clients needs. Team is not picky, feeling equally comfortable in agile and waterfall routines.

WHAT WE DO
Avalanche Laboratory is set up to provide our customers with end-to-end support in the process of developing software solutions:
- Business need analysis, design of functional and non-functional requirements, system analysis, support for business transformation and IT/business consultancy;
- User interface and experience design and development for mobile and desktop applications;
- Front and back-end development in a wide range of technologies: Java, .Net, Ruby, GoLang, Oracle, Python, PHP;
- Complete Data Warehouse (including reporting) solutions from architecture, design and implementation using mainly Vertica, Oracle and Microsoft platforms;
- Project management and product ownership;
- Banking and financial industry support in both IT and business consultancy;
- Digital transformation support for our customers.
Avalanche Lithuania UAB was established in 2019, today we have 17 employees + contractors and existing clients and projects.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Your Role:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction in Lithuania;
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
- Considering and maintaining the organizational culture at your local office;
- Supporting your employees and the different functions in various matters;
- Cooperating different stakeholders within the company in order to solve various issues and to meet customers’ needs;
- Supervising strategy and budget fulfillment;
- Initiate expansion;
- Participating in recruitments and selection process of the right talents for the company’s continuous expansion;
- Develop a fully stand-alone IT service provider in Lithuania using Avalanche Laboratory’s way of doing business.
Essential Skills required:
- Experience working in the companies during their growth phase;
- 3+ years proven and successful working experience as a business development manager, country manager or a relevant role;
- IT technical background and market knowledge;
- Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting;
- Positive attitude and strong self-motivation;
- Ability to cope with fast-paced environment and high level of stress;
- Adaptable with changes and quick in decisions;
- Ability to bring start up to next level structured organization;
- Strong analytical skills and decision making based on numbers;
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, previous B2B sales experience;
- Very good communication and negotiation skills;
- Fluent English and Lithuanian (Russian big advantage);
- Aggressive focus on growth.
