- Maintain business relations with existing company customers and ensure smooth customer service
- Be a primary contact for the customer handle inquiries, ensure accurate and timely entry of orders, organize and supervise cargo delivery
- Work in cooperation with colleagues to solve problems and ensure on-time delivery
- Analize customer KPI and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure timely and effective claim and demurrage management
- Administrate international transportation documents
Requirements
- Higher education or graduating student able to work full-time
- Excellent English and Italian language skills (both spoken and written is required)
- Strong communication, time management and problem solving skills
- Strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail

- Monthly salary (bruto): From 1400 to 1550 . Specific salary and bonuses is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements.
