Renewable energy with Green Genius brand at the forefront is one of the fastest growing Modus Group business areas. We were pioneers of solar and biogas projects in Lithuania. Today we are developing renewable energy in 8 European countries: Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine, Belarus, Spain, Italy, Etc. We seek to be among TOP25 renewable energy developers in Europe. Today total capacity of our implemented projects amounts to more than 150 MW of solar energy ant more than 20 MW of biogas. That equals to saving around 280 thousand tons of CO2 every year. Sustainability is an important part of our daily life. By implementing modern renewable energy projects, we are contributing to reducing CO2 emissions and implementing circular economy principles.
We are looking for you In-House Lawyer the one who is eager to become an trustworthy Renewable energy business Legal team member. You will work on energy development projects (advise on risks, regulatory issues, drafting of transaction documents such as land lease, construction, purchase and service agreements, liability claims, agreements on in rem rights) and corporate law tasks (corporate document preparation, review and correction, claims preparation). You will also participate in establishment of new companies (internationally) and financing projects. Your professional knowledge, understanding business needs, ability to be a team player, communication and time management skills will definitely help you working with us.
Requirements
To be our perfect fit we expect you to:
- Have at least 6 years of experience in legal advisory and have an excellent legal knowledge;
- Demonstrate your interest in the area of construction, land and territorial planning, in rem as well as commercial and corporate law;
- Work independently with orientation to the results and great attention to details, however know what team player is;
- Be fluent in Lithuanian and English. Knowledge of Russian, Polish or Ukrainian would be a strong advantage;Like challenges and rapid growth as much as we do;
- Truly think outside the box, find innovative methods and solutions.
