We are currently looking for a Business Development Project Manager to join our team within Scandinavian department and work with the biggest clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively search for new prospective business customers in the Scandinavian countries, initiating and coordinating sales processes
  • Present company‘s services to potential partners, prepare and negotiate the details of the commercial offers
  • Develop the new BC level customers
  • Build long-term relationships with the company's largest customers and offer logistics solutions that best meet their needs
  • Analyze market tendencies and customer needs to identify opportunities for a future business development
  • Initiate and manage customer development amp; experience initiative projects

Requirements:

  • Have 2-5 years of experience in active B2B sales
  • Have skills to work independently, make right decisions fast and take on the responsibility
  • Show proactive, can do attitude and a result oriented, diplomatic personality
  • Be strong communicator and have great stakeholder management skills
  • Present great command of English
  • Scandinavian language is an advantage
