Job Description
Kaunas Aircraft Maintenance Services, or simply called KAMS, is one of Ryanair's technical support bases in Europe, located at Kaunas airport. Our daily task is to perform technical maintenance and repair for two Boeing 737-800 aircraft which are serviced simultaneously in our two hangars. KAMS goal is to provide highest level of services and ensure Ryanair passengers fly safely.
What will you do
Schedule training courses
Monitor amp; update the progress of various trainings
Update training systems and local document management system
Maintain amp; archive training registers and other relevant paperwork
Prepare various reports amp; analysis
Assist employees on occurring issues related to training
Assist training team members
Possibly deliver some non-technical training to staff
Requirements
Strong organizational skills
Computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and similar software)
The ability to work on own initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
Similar experience would be an advantage

Salary range: from 1157 eur to 1322 eur (with taxes) depending on qualifications and experience.
