This role requires technical use of e-commerce apps/tools, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to present useful business data and insights. You’ll basically become the expert on our customer base (who they are, what they like, etc.)! Expect to be in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, work with cross-functional teams, unleash your creativity, and to go way beyond ‘the usual.’ No corporate BS guarantee.

What will you do:

  • Create and implement customers retention strategy;
  • Collect and analyse data, required to understand customers’ needs and will use it for customers segmentation;
  • Identify key opportunities in the client journey and will find ways to increase customers retention, reduce churn;
  • Manage customer relationship to enhance customer satisfaction and retention;
  • Analyse internal processes and best practises to recommend future requirements and enhancements;
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers and their lifecycle journey through both quantitative and qualitative analysis, and share insights across the organization;
  • Ensure close cooperation among departments that are involved in order to achieve common goals;
