ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be well positioned to get first-hand experience of what life in a fast-growing international tech startup is like and you will be contributing to many facets of the business. You will be working on a range of business tasks and projects and will be expected to take the lead. In this dual role of Finance and Operations Associate you will:
- Play an integral support role in various areas of Finance amp; Operations, and beyond
- Conduct ad hoc qualitative and quantitative business analysis and deliver insights to the broader team
- Manage various points of contact with our vendors, consultants, partners, and other stakeholders
- Build and streamline processes to increase efficiency, clearing the path for business growth
- Lead ad hoc projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Two years of experience working in Finance, or a closely related field
- A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related subject
- High achiever in academic and/or non-academic activities
- Strong interest in technology and startups
- Excellent communicator with very strong English skills (it's our working language)
- Generator of new ideas able to see those ideas through to completion
- Proactive, and resourceful; a quick learner with a keen eye for detail
- Highly proficient in Excel and data analysis tools
