QA Engineer (Lighthouse)

The QA Engineer is responsible for assessing the quality of a product and providing timely, relevant, and meaningful feedback about test results. They are involved in planning and implementing strategies for quality management and testing, participating in requirements discussions to determine quality assurance parameters such as acceptance criteria and functional constraints, and carrying out testing procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the team in building a cohesive and quality solution by conducting thorough manual testing (i.e., functional testing, regression testing, integration testing);
• Developing testing strategies for development efforts outlining the scope, estimate, and priority of testing efforts as well as testing needs and risks;
• Configuring and preparing test systems (e.g., test POS systems) and curating test data sets;
• Maintaining a manual and automated regression test suite for Lighthouse;
• Providing feedback on implementation, acceptance criteria, and product stability and usability;
• Conducting functional and regression testing;
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and other team members to achieve solutions that satisfy business needs, goals, and objectives.

Requirements

• At least +2 years of hands-on experience in web application testing;
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process;
• Experience using issue and project tracking tools such as Jira;
• Experience in API testing, especially using Postman,
• Knowledge and understanding of test automation,
• Understanding of software development lifecycle process;
• Passion about the quality and attention to details;
• Strong in communication and negotiation skills both in Lithuanian and English.

Would be a great plus if You have:
