Job Description
SBA Inventor (Urban Inventors) is a part of the SBA Group with more than 5000 employees, which has been engaged in real estate development since 2007. SBA Urban is well known for its ambition to only develop buildings with sustainable functionality and exceptional architectural value. Such notable projects include Green Hall, Dokas and BLC business centres, Innovo Logistics warehouses and others.
The company is ambitiously growing and expanding outside Lithuania, so we are currently looking for an experienced construction project management professional who will be entrusted with the development of multifunctional real estate complexes (business, leisure, science, trade and residential) in Riga.
- You will participate in the development of the concept of real estate complex objects you will select the most suitable technical solutions, plan the design and construction processes;
- You will prepare project budgets and calendar work schedules, together with the team of Construction Project Managers you will ensure timely and high-quality implementation of projects within the established budgets and timeframes;
- You will have to anticipate the resources required for the implementation of projects, you will form project teams, organize selection competitions for contractors and subcontractors, carry out negotiations, ensure compliance with contractual obligations;
- You will coordinate the actions and interests of different project participants, represent the company before state institutions;
- You will communicate directly with project clients, report on the status of projects and problems to the company’s management, suggest possible solutions.
Requirements
We expect you:- To have not less than 5 years of work experience in managing large-scale construction projects;
- To know the construction processes and work technologies;
- To be interested in green concept construction technologies and innovations;
- To have excellent communication and strong negotiation skills;
- To be organized, be a great leader, be able to gather and motivate a team;
- To have good computer skills (MS Office, AutoCad);
- To be able to communicate fluently in English and Russian (spoken and written);
- To have the ability to work ~2 working days a week in Riga (after the end of quarantine)
