We are looking for a Financial Process Analyst to join our SAP project . The objective of this position is to identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes and enhance efficiencies. The key responsibilities are:
- Facilitate financial process workflow modelling
- Lead discussions with the business to analyze and define processes at the organisational level including pain points, key gaps, metrics and improvement areas
- Assist the business in determining which business processes could be automated and how they could be integrated with other business processes
- Participate in the problems' resolution
Requirements
- Proven work experience in accounting, reporting
- Ability to demonstrate business process mapping, analytical and optimization skills
- Data-driven approach, critical thinker amp; problem solver
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Fluency in English is necessary
- Russian would be a big advantage
