ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Adform UX Internship Program is about discovering new talent. Kick-start your career as a UX Designer by learning from seasoned mentors and gaining practical experience while helping to build the next generation of Adform products.

Program Outline

• What you will do: Firstly, under the guidance of your mentor, you will learn about the AdTech industry. You will also gain an understanding of how UX works in Adform, including: our UX strategy and design system; the complete design thinking cycle; and how UX collaborates with product, development. and client services. You will be assigned practical tasks and assignments on various UX research and design activities.
• Duration: 6 Months (Full-Time)

Interns who demonstrate strong results during the internship, will get a certificate of completion. The most dedicated and talented interns will be considered for full-time opportunities if there are openings at that particular moment in time.

Required skills:

• Critical and analytical thinking
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and excellent English
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and passionate to learn new things every day
• Basic understanding of UX Design is a plus

No previous experience in UX is needed, but a desire to learn, curiosity about how AdTech works, and motivation to do things better every day are key factors for joining the program.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The UX team in Adform shape how platform users interact with our technology. The team is currently undertaking a unique challenge: we are developing our design system and redesigning the whole Adform Platform. We follow our UX Strategy which has 3 pillars at its core: a simplified UI with familiar interaction patterns; Augmented Intelligence to assist the user’s journey; and a single back-end Platform.
