Green Genius is an international renewable energy company developing solar and biogas projects across Europe (Lithuania, Poland, Spain, Italy, etc.) and seeks to be among the top 25 renewable energy developers in the continent. This position offers you a chance to use your energy and use social media with content knowledge to make the world a better place. You will be our go-to person for internal content and socials. You will work very closely with the Marketing and Communication team and get a lot of insights into the world of renewable energy. As a team member, you will work collectively to create a strong, creative, and attractive strategy for internal communication activities and social media to spread awareness of the green revolution. We are always looking for innovations, so your ideas will be an asset to our strategies and our growth! We know that all ideas are good, just feel free to voice them.
As JUNIOR COMMUNICATIONS amp; SOCIAL SPECIALIST, your main responsibilities will be:
• create educational and engaging content for internal purposes and social media;
• work support: assist the team in planning the company events and making them happen;
• challenge yourself and the rest of the company to find new ways for spreading the company’s voice and achievements;
• create informative, interesting and engaging newsletters for internal communication;
• monitor the vibe and share ideas on how to strengthen the company’s culture;
• collaborate with the graphic designer;
• analyze social media trends.
Requirements
To be our perfect fit we expect you to:
- at least 1+ years of experience working with social media, content, and internal communication;
- a degree in marketing, communications, or a similar degree program (can be a student, because we are offering flexible work hours);
- creative personality, eager to make things happen and to get the word out;
- very good writing skills and good communication skills in English and Lithuanian;
- team player that can work well collaboratively as well as independently;
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be very organized and punctual;
- passionate about culture: understanding the impact and importance of good internal communication.
