About the role
Working as Programmatic Yield Consultant you have an opportunity to make a major impact on Adform‘s Programmatic business growth! This role requires to analyze patterns and business trends in the market, digging deep into our clients’ accounts to bring actionable insights for better delivery and performance. You will be working shoulder to shoulder with Platform Solutions Consultants and together look for ways to remove blockers and accelerate growth of our top clients in the regions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring, analyzing and providing actionable insights for improving clients‘ campaigns' performance;
- Suggesting Programmatic strategies and platform features based on clients' goals, best practices, market, industry vertical specifics;
- Analyzing market and industry vertical data available in Adform's data bases, build market level reports relevant for regional Platform Solutions Consultants;
- Collaborating with BI and data teams to improve existing or building new reports that would highlight important market trends and focus areas in the regions;
- Assisting platform solutions consultants in direct client communication (emails, meetings, calls) regarding managed campaigns' strategy, performance and required actions for improvement.
Requirements
We expect you are/you have:
- At least 1+ years relevant ad tech industry experience
- Experience in account management, AdTech platform management, customer support roles, or consultancy
- Ability to acquire and share in-depth knowledge of programmatic buying
- Strong analytical and technical background
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Proactive personality with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

- Monthly salary range for this position starts from 2100 euros gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies.
