Job Description
Girteka Logistics, the biggest European FTL (Full Truck Load) transportation company, is partnering with SAP to become leading digital trucking company. Based on #SAP core and industry-specific business technology platform and solutions, Girteka Logistics aims at fully digitizing its business and operations in support of its ambitious growth vision 2025.
To support this goal, we have started HR System implementation project and looking for an IT HR Project Manager who is ready to help us achieve our ambition goal and lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation across whole Girteka Group.
We are looking for our new IT HR Project Manager to start as soon as possible. Position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

- Define and manage dependencies, in relation to other related SAP amp; non-SAP Implementation projects
- Work to control change, timeline, and project scope to accommodate approved changes
- Interact with different stakeholders and contribute to continuously improve way of working.
You will:
- Drive and manage implementation partner selection process, including SOW and contract preparation
- Plan and manage Project execution, including project reporting, RAID, as well as budget amp; resource management
- Define project scope and develop project work plan, work breakdown structure, and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery
You have:
- Proven experience in managing System implementation Projects, including budgeting, planning, deliverable definition, and resourcing
- Experience in implementing HR systems would be preferred and understanding of SuccessFactors would be ideal
- Understanding of all areas of project delivery and ability to provide guidance to project team members, especially business.
- Experience working in SAP Implementation project environment is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English, spoken and written

Monthly salary (gross): From 3130 to 4200. Specific salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements.
