Service Delivery Specialist in Covenant Monitoring

OUR CLIENT - Danske Bank is looking for a Service Delivery Specialist in Covenant Monitoring. As a Specialist, you will be a part of a team that supports medium and large corporate customers in Denmark, Sweden, Finland and other Danske Bank Group countries. The role includes reading loan and collateral documents, collecting collateral related data, monitoring and calculating financial ratios and other tasks related to handling of collaterals, insurance and valuation certificates.

Mission

• Collect financial reporting and compliance reports;
• Calculate covenants according to credit agreements;
• Collect, prepare compliance reports;
• Control of covenants to be in compliance;
• Communicate with stakeholders or customer on a breach in covenants;
• Take discussions on interpretations, exceptions;
• Follow up on collateral evaluation and insurance.

Skills

• Up to 1-2 years of previous work experience in banking operations or relevant area;
• Higher education;
• Knowledge and experience in loans, collateral, covenant monitoring and calculation (would be considered as a strong advantage);
• You have the ability to prioritize your assignments and cope with peak periods;
• You are client-oriented and focused on quality and accuracy;
• You are self-driven, have agile thinking and can work independently;
• Excellent written and spoken English.
