We are looking for you - Biogas Development Project Manager - the one who is eager to step into the shoes of our Development Team.
Your GOALS and TASKS will be:
- Be responsible for an identification of Lithuanian market potential for renewable energy projects;
- Prepare planning analyzes for land property and select locations that meet the conditions necessary for the construction of projects;
- Check the provisions of the study and local zoning plan for the possibility of locating renewable energy projects
- Ensure smooth development processes and pass on the projects for Engineering and Construction team;
- Prepare solutions for further steps according collected information;
- Negotiate and finalize the legal contracts with partners;
Requirements
To be our perfect fit we expect you to:
- Hold a university degree in engineering, construction, renewable energy or other related areas;
- Have up to 3 years of experience in the above mentioned fields;
- Have great negotiation and communications skills;
- Be a guru of ArcGIS, QGIS, AUTOCAD spatial analysis programs or similar
