The Position:
Billing department is looking for a tough addition to the team! As a Platform Billing Specialist you will be responsible for timely invoicing of Adform customers in particular regions and customer support in terms of questions related to the invoices received from Adform. You will use complex reporting and calculation tools and become an expert of Adform pricing models and invoicing peculiarities. Working very close with sales managers, communicating with customers (mainly via e-mail) and all Adform departments from customer support to development will be a big part of your role. With Adform growing globally and changing very fast, you will have a chance to boost your professional skills each day.
Main impact the team makes:
- Acting as the experts of all Adform product’s rate cards
- Participates in new product’s monetization process
- Ensures the smooth Adform partner’s invoices processing
- Constantly supports all other Adform teams on billing procedures
Requirements
- Higher education in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field (might be Mathematics)
- Fluent English language (both written and spoken)
- Experience in communication with clients in foreign countries would be an advantage
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Experience of working with MS Navision would be an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks
- Analytical skills
- Number-friendliness
- Flexibility and high accuracy
