Job Description

We are looking for an Executive HR Assistant to work in our People Team. Our days are so busy and dynamic that we need some assistance in getting things done well and on time. In this role, you will be working together with our Chief People Officer and People Operations Specialist and support the team in all administrative business activities.

What you will do:

  • Support and assist Hostinger’s People Team in administrative activities;
  • Manage a complex calendar and coordinate personal and team meetings for Chief People Officer (e.g. agendas, schedules, announcements);
  • Carry out HR-related research (e.g. testing HR software) and recruitment metrics (e.g. time to hire, employee turnover rates);
  • Collaborate with People Operations regarding onboarding procedures;
  • Coordinate our referrals program - make sure each recommendation is tracked and updated;
  • Work on Hostinger’s internal documentation - update our Handbook once in a while;
  • Make travel and hotel accommodation arrangements for conferences and business trips, if any.

We expect that you:

  • Have excellent English skills, both written and spoken (C1 - C2);
  • Are detail-oriented and very well organized to manage multiple projects at once;
  • Are resourceful, and confident, with great problem-solving skills;
  • Are flexible, eager to learn, and with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude;
  • Have the ability to work independently and quickly switch between different tasks;
  • Your interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff are strong;
  • You are proficient with MS Office (MS Excel) - you will need strong computer, tech, and office equipment skills.
