Currently, we are looking for BMW (BY) Import Unit Assistant, who will control warranty invoices issued by the partners, maintain comprehensive bookkeeping / administrative arrangements, coordinate transportation claims and assist colleagues with daily issues.
More responsibilities of the role:
- Provide full support to Spare part import coordinator;
- Supply all import processes of spare parts for dealers and 4th level service partners;
- Work with accounting system - IMS Navision, with DPS server and etc.
Requirements
To be our perfect fit we expect you to:
- Have analytical thinking and accuracy;
- Have very good knowledge of Russian language and good English language skills;
- Relevant experience in similar position would be considered as an advantage;
- Knowledge of previously mentioned systems would be considered as an advantage;
- Be a team player.

Monthly salary:
- Starting from 873,26 gross, with possibility grow to 1400,49 gross, depending on personal results.
