About the role and team
Creative amp; Platform Support team is the one that works with technical platform and creative support, API, certification and integration related cases. The team’s goal is to solve complex and custom troubleshooting cases as well as educate Adform customers to utilize Adform platform to its full capabilities. The team is constantly working on advanced and unique cases that requires investigating and collaborating with other teams, especially development. Currently there are 6 people in the team working with customers and internal teams around the globe.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 6 Creative amp; Platform Support Specialists, create an inspiring team environment with open communication and high-performance culture
- Communicate clear expectations for your team and make sure they are equipped with the necessary tools, competences, skills and needed domain expertise across Adform platform
- Drive or contribute to Global Customer Operations’ initiatives, help improve internal Customer Service processes and frameworks
- Recognize successful practices and work to scale them across Global Customer Operations, ensure knowledge and experience sharing among Creative amp; Platform Support Specialists
- Ensure Creative amp; Platform Support Specialists‘ professional growth and development by setting challenging objectives and targets, identifying and addressing learning needs, providing sufficient guidance, mentoring and coaching
- Take an active role in recruiting, growing and retaining top talents in Creative amp; Platform Support team.
Requirements

- Are experienced in leading a team
- Have proven track record of working in Client Service organization for at least 3+ years
- Are passionate about customer centricity and are proactive towards driving and/or contributing to customer service related initiatives, processes and best practices
- Are experienced in working with dispersed and cross-functional teams
- Are adaptable to change and thriving in a fast-paced business environment
- Have can-do mentality, and passion for making things happen
- Are able to lead, challenge, mentor and guide people to excel professionally and deliver business results

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Are fluent in verbal and written English language
- Are curious, informal and treat others with respect
- Experience in AdTech industry and/or Adform platform is an advantage

- Salary starting from: 2100 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience amp; competencies.
