This position will work closely with Information Technology and Business partners to understand business requirements and ensure that dedicated systems function properly to meet business needs across the organization.
In this position you will:
- Gather requirements and process information through meetings, interviews and observations
- Assist with system development by processing large amounts of data into constructive reports and doing extensive research on desired tools and their alternatives
- Provide subject matter consultations to stakeholders in business and IT, manage their expectations and support delivery of requirements
- Identify possibilities for optimization and improvements of IT systems
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to upper management and other stakeholders
- Provide ongoing support for implemented solutions
Requirements
- Understand methods, techniques and best practices used in business analysis
- Have a track record of successful system analysis, data gathering and reporting
- Have a great stakeholder and interpersonal skills
- Have knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodology (an advantage)
- Able to use the English language fluently in verbal and written communication, including technical writing
- Have Russian language skills (an advantage)
- Experience with system implementation or migration (an advantage)
- Have higher education (in IT, business management, data science or relevant would be an advantage)

Monthly salary (gross): From 2540 to 3800 .
The final level of the salary will depend on competences displayed and results achieved. The salary may be further negotiable for candidates of outstanding competence and qualification.
