What you will do:
- Engage with and guide millions of curious people to success via social media communication (Facebook, Instagram comments);
- Understand customers' needs and provide problem-solving solutions while closely working with other departments;
- Build and develop positive customer relationships that will turn users into advocates;
- Analyze competitors’ communication strategies used in public communication;
- Analyze data and come up with new communication strategies accordingly;
- Be the owner of your time, decisions and results at work;
- Attend weekly meetings and provide organized updates succinctly.
