The Banxa team is continuing to expand across the globe, so we’re looking for an experienced Fintech Recruiter to join our team.
In this role you’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to identify and hire great talent. This role is a great opportunity for a candidate who enjoys bringing on great talent to fast growing organisations. Our growing business will offer opportunities to grow into a Senior Recruiter or a Generalist position for the right candidate.
Requirements
What You'll Do
- Assist in coordinating an effective, efficient end-to-end recruitment process across the business
- Draft, prepare and post adverts on job boards
- Identify and shortlist suitable candidates
- Screen applications by phone and Zoom and sometimes in person (COVID permitting)
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Ensure appropriate background checks are undertaken confirming eligibility, qualifications and experience is suitable for the specific roles within the business
- Complete recruitment configuration tasks as required
- Ensure a seamless onboarding of new hires in our Lithuanian hub
- Provide general administrative assistance to the wider Pamp;C team as required
You should apply if
- You have end to end recruitment experience including, writing adverts, shortlisting, screening, interviewing, scheduling and pre-employment checks.
- You have worked in a fast-paced environment (start up or scale up)
- You have great interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- You’re proactive and intuitive in your approach
