As a CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM LEAD, you will play a key role in managing and leading the Customer Support team.
If you are interested in joining our team, we invite you to take a look into your main responsibilities which consist of:
Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership, guidance and training up to 5 person team
- Evaluate and provide regular 1 on 1 feedback with the goal of improving performance and skill sets
- Support, organize and direct team members in their daily activities (providing assistance with challenging issues, finding creative solutions, planning workflows)
- Set targets for the team and yourself, motivate the team and constantly seek better results.
Management:
- Develop and maintain Customer Support strategy (in line with companies’ strategy) to improve customer experience
- Review and develop existing department processes, customer support procedures and create new ones.
- Make data driven decisions and prepare reports and updates to the Heads of the company
Customer Support:
- Answer technical questions and solve critical cases with customers
- Analyze customers’ needs and business context to provide outstanding support and maintain high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience of leading a Customer Support team or long-term of being a part of the Customer Support team
- Team management experience or leader personality
- Interest in automotive, innovations, electronics, or other similar fields
- A strong focus on results and process improvement
- Crisis management skills
- English language fluency
