As a CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM LEAD, you will play a key role in managing and leading the Customer Support team.

If you are interested in joining our team, we invite you to take a look into your main responsibilities which consist of:

Team Leadership:

  • Provide leadership, guidance and training up to 5 person team
  • Evaluate and provide regular 1 on 1 feedback with the goal of improving performance and skill sets
  • Support, organize and direct team members in their daily activities (providing assistance with challenging issues, finding creative solutions, planning workflows)
  • Set targets for the team and yourself, motivate the team and constantly seek better results.

Management:

  • Develop and maintain Customer Support strategy (in line with companies’ strategy) to improve customer experience
  • Review and develop existing department processes, customer support procedures and create new ones.
  • Make data driven decisions and prepare reports and updates to the Heads of the company

Customer Support:

  • Answer technical questions and solve critical cases with customers
  • Analyze customers’ needs and business context to provide outstanding support and maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Experience of leading a Customer Support team or long-term of being a part of the Customer Support team
  • Team management experience or leader personality
  • Interest in automotive, innovations, electronics, or other similar fields
  • A strong focus on results and process improvement
  • Crisis management skills
  • English language fluency
