What would a day in your life @ Nium look like?
As Compliance Data Analyst, you would be working closely with the Compliance team of NIUM EU in overseeing compliance functions by:
- Liaising with stakeholders within Finance, Compliance and other departments to understand reporting requirements, data availability and scheduling for delivery.
- Quality Assurance on data submitted by other departments, clients, agents and partners of Nium.
- Data analysis and collation for regulatory reporting to the FCA/BOL or Tax authority
- Analysis of reports provided by clients and agents as part of regulatory oversight
- Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide guidance on how to compile the data required.
- Report directly into the local Compliance Head/MLRO to assist on all regulatory reporting and obligations.
- Supporting regulatory horizon scanning activity, assisting in the assessment of the impact of new regulation.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Regulatory Compliance or Compliance Data Analyst roles
- Bachelors degree with strong English language skills and solid interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel skills including macros, and experience using data analytics tools
- Interest and curiosity in understanding regulatory trends and developments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, consistently evolving business environment
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision within tight deadlines
Salary Range: Gross EUR 1,300-1,900 per month
