What you will do:
- Your main task will be to target, identify and source talents for our teams located in Lithuania
- Recruit new talents mainly for IT Department, but also be responsible for recruitment in Marketing amp; Sales, Administration Departments
- Advertise positions internally and externally, accurately reflecting the culture of Voltas IT and expectations
- Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment process
- Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Participate in employer branding activities
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience as a Recruiter
- IT recruitment experience is an advantage
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, communications or similar field
- Good English language skills
- Willingness to learn new things and constantly improve skills
