Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As a member of the Treasury team you’ll be getting your hands dirty and delivering meaningful change to Revolut. Working closely with all areas of Treasury, you’ll provide coverage and support across the full spectrum of assets, liabilities and liquidity management.Some key areas of responsibility are:
Develop, build and maintain a best-in-class capital management frameworkWork closely with our product owners and risk teams to deliver the annual ICAAP containing analysis on Pillar II requirementsBuild and maintain models and methodologies used for capital forecastingManage and optimise capital for the organisation, setting capital allocationProvide monthly updates to ALCO on capital related mattersMaintain up-to date knowledge and understanding of capital regulation requirements, such as MREL, TLAC and capital management actions in the resolution and recovery plansCollaborate closely with members of the global treasury team and risk to implement capital policiesOwnership of all policy and procedures for capitalOversight and assurance for regulatory reporting
WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
Strong problem solving skills, break down complex issues into their component parts, identifying the root cause and create solutionsAnalytical, logical and structuredSolid understanding of global financial markets, products, and key Treasury conceptsWorking experience in a financial institution or FinTech firm (preferably within a Treasury, Finance or Risk function)Knowledge of key financial regulation is an advantage (CRR, LCR Delegated Act)Experience with SQL or other scripting language a plus
