Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As a member of the Treasury team you’ll be getting your hands dirty and delivering meaningful change to Revolut. Working closely with all areas of Treasury, you’ll provide coverage and support across the full spectrum of assets, liabilities and capital management.Some key areas of responsibility are:Develop, build and maintain a best-in-class liquidity management frameworkWork closely with our product owners and risk teams to deliver the annual ILAAP containing analysis on liquidity behavioural life and prepaymentBuild and maintain models and methodologies used for liquidity forecastingManage and optimise liquidity for the organisation, setting liquidity premium used in transfer pricingProvide monthly updates to ALCO on liquidity related mattersMaintain up-to date knowledge and understanding of liquidity regulation requirements, such as contingency funding plan and liquidity management actions in the resolution and recovery plansCollaborate closely with members of the global treasury team and risk to implement liquidity policiesOwnership of all policy and procedures for liquidityOversight and assurance for regulatory reporting
WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
Strong problem solving skills, break down complex issues into their component parts, identifying the root cause and create solutionsAnalytical, logical and structuredSolid understanding of global financial markets, products, and key Treasury conceptsWorking experience in a financial institution or FinTech firm (preferably within a Treasury, Finance or Risk function)Knowledge of key financial regulation is an advantage (CRR, LCR Delegated Act)
