This time, we need you on our team!What You Will Do:
- Build and manage B2B oriented paid advertising from ideas generation to execution across paid social platforms, search and display;
- Develop advertising strategy based on audience segmentation and product offering (AIDA model);
- Be responsible for data gathering processes and data tracking setups (E-Commerce, conversions, cross-domain tracking);
- Create and manage performance-based marketing reports and dashboards for campaign reporting (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Power Bi).
What We Expect:
- At least 2+ years of proven experience working with paid search advertising (Google Ads);
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to act on data;
- Demonstrated ability to continually learn and keep up with industry changes;
- Willingness to work in a collaborative, cross-team setting;
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
- Experience in B2B advertising would be a bonus.
