Responsibilities

• Provide consultation (written and spoken) on banking systems and processes with a focus on daily banking for our colleagues
• Analyze cases and provide necessary solutions for them
• Communicate with the affected colleagues as well as with technical teams.
• Create and update procedures and guides as support documentation
• Provide access rights support and resolution for our colleagues
• Proactively advocate and drive service improvements

Requirements

• Upper-intermediate English both written and verbal
• Strong motivation to learn
• Service-oriented mind-set and strong problem-solving skills
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to help and support your colleagues in a daily work
