As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for finding, attracting and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet Voltas IT workforce needs and longterm goals.

What you will do:

• Identify hiring needs and source talents for our teams located in Lithuania
• Recruit new talents mainly for IT Department, but also take responsibility for Marketing amp; Sales, Administration Departments
• Advertise positions internally and externally, accurately reflecting the culture of Voltas IT and expectations
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and other platforms
• Monitor and apply recruiting best practices - proactively investigate new ideas to create innovative recruitment strategies, evaluate which sources bring the best candidates
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Manage an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including all related procedures
• Collaborate and build strong relationship with Hiring managers and Team Leads with an aim to have successful recruitment processes
• Provide analytical recruitment reports for HR monthly reviews when needed
• Plan and execute employer branding activities, recruitment events and job fairs to attract the best talents

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in the IT industry (either agency or inhouse)
• Good knowledge of IT recruitment
• Proven track record of direct sourcing and headhunting
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers
• Good English language skills
• Clear and effective communication, excellent negotiation skills
• A positive, can do attitude and willingness to learn new things
