We are looking for you Senior Lawyer the one who is eager to become a trustworthy Renewable energy business Legal team member. You will primarily work on energy project financing (advise on risks, review of transaction documents, securities joint venture, shareholder agreements,) and corporate law tasks (drafting of corporate documents). You will also participate in development projects and undertake other tasks legal team has to take care of . Your professional knowledge, understanding business needs, ability to be a team player, communication and time management skills will definitely help you working with us.
Requirements
To be our perfect fit we expect you to:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in legal advisory or as an in-house lawyer with experience in project financing and corporate law areas;
- Have an excellent legal knowledge;
- Be able to work independently with orientation to the results and great attention to details, however know what team player is;
- Be fluent in Lithuanian and English;
- Truly think outside the box, find innovative methods and solutions.

Monthly salary:
- From 3500 gross and up subject to your knowledge and experience.
