- Identifying and analysing current and future recruitment trends on purpose to put a new brand on the map.
- Being responsible for a full life-cycle of recruitment.

The leadership through guiding, mentoring and making decisions. Because decisions affect people. As well the results. While the reached results are related to your approach. And that's common sense. Alongside fluency in English.
