What you will do:
- Handling customer general/technical support cases (vehicle’s-based questions) through email and live chat
- Ability to support users in written German and Lithuanian (in rarer cases) languages
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback to the relevant team in order to improve processes and avoid recurring customer issues
- Replying to client’s comments or app reviews (for example in Amazon, eBay, Google Play Store, App Store etc.)
- Replaying Social Media requests and direct messages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.)
- Understanding the customer’s needs and business context to provide outstanding support and excellent customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the development of FAQ
Requirements
- Experience providing support to clients via email, live chat, or similar platforms
- Excellent written communication skills in German language
- Ability to communicate with clients in a polite and professional way
- Excellent time management skills
- Management of own processes and possibility to present individually taking ownership in all related processes regarding customer support
