We’re looking for a

Mission-driven, innovative, curious and challenge-seeking individual to join a team of strong technical talent. Guardhat is on a mission to save more lives and has decided to expand our international footprint with a its first European Development Center in Vilnius, Lithuania. Responsibilities

• Assisting in the development and integration of software applications embedded on mobile devices into the Guardhat ecosystem;
• Partake in code implementation and debugging, design reviews, ticket grooming, unit test, and support for system integration and system test;

• Mentor and guide junior and/or intern mobile developers;
• Understand implementation frameworks for user interfaces for devices, provide device software support across product life cycle;
• Understand MQTT communications and VOIP systems.

Requirements

• Strong documentation and collaboration skills and ability to work with ecosystem stakeholders: hardware developers, backend server developers;
• 2+ years of experience with application development on Android and iOS. Experience with Flutter development framework. Familiarity with sensor and peripheral integration. Familiarity with cross-platform development, internationalization and application white labelling;
• Understanding of enterprise grade application requirements, networking and network security;
• Experience with application/device diagnostics and self-healing configurations for enterprise grade solutions;
• Flexibility to accommodate working hours with the U.S. and/or India time zones as needed (on occasion).
