Quality Assurance Specialist will report directly to the Quality Assurance Lead and promote quality culture by conducting ongoing quality checks for Banking Operations, Compliance and Investigations amp; Reporting departments related to Simplex Banking products and ensure that teams comply with the procedures and regulations of the organization. QA Specialist will also provide feedback to individual employees, request to perform corrective actions and provide suggestions to the process/procedure improvements based on quality evaluation activity.

In this role, you’ll get to:
- Perform daily quality reviews of customer files and transactions from an AML / Financial Crime perspective for natural persons and legal entity customers;
- Provide regular feedback, corrective actions needed to the relevant specialists;
- Clearly document and organize any identified control failures or gaps within internal policies, procedures or compliance controls;
- Follow and adhere to internal and external SLAs and KPIs, individually and within the team level;
- Contribute to ensuring all internal policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures appropriately reflect current processes and are aligned;
- Proactively advise on optimizing the use of the quality and monitoring tools and ensuring improvements of the quality reports;
- Support the efforts of the Company to operate effectively and efficiently in line with the Bank of Lithuania requirements for electronic money institutions.
What we're looking for:
- +2 yrs of experience in a compliance area;
- Previous experience in retrospective monitoring, SAR analysis, corporate customers onboarding would be a strong advantage;
- Good analytical skills amp; willingness to do precise amp; accurate routine work;
- High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility amp; commitment to results;
- Ability to adapt within a changing environment, re-prioritize workloads amp; tasks based on priority;
- Effective verbal amp; written communication skills;
- Proficient English amp; Lithuanian (both written amp; verbal).
